Thoughtful therapy for modern lives

I’m a BPC and UKCP registered psychodynamic psychotherapist based in Central London. I work with people navigating high-pressure lives, emotional patterns, and questions of identity, meaning, and connection.

Before training as a therapist, I worked at a senior level in the UK and internationally, giving me first-hand insight into the psychological impact of high-intensity careers. Many of the people I work with are accomplished, but feel stuck — repeating patterns, struggling in relationships, or questioning their sense of self.

I work with clients from all backgrounds, including those exploring gender identity, sexuality, and diverse relationship structures. Others come with challenges around self-esteem, intimacy, or emotional resilience. My practice is inclusive and tailored, offering space to explore what lies beneath the surface.

Professional Standards

I trained at the British Psychotherapy Foundation (BPF), completing four years of intensive clinical and academic training in psychodynamic psychotherapy. This included supervised practice, personal analysis, and deep engagement with psychoanalytic theory.

I am professionally registered with both the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP). The BPC is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority, ensuring that all members meet the highest ethical and clinical practice standards.

Therapy is a significant investment. Working with a fully qualified, professionally accredited therapist ensures you receive care that is safe, ethical, and held to the highest standards. Choosing a therapist who is rigorously trained and professionally accredited is essential to ensuring you receive safe, ethical, and good treatment.
